A British company named Sportingbet which is publicly listed in the online gambling company has been sued by Rotoplay, Inc which is a Pennsylvania based fantasy based company. They have declared this in a press release.

The release discloses that Goldstein & Faucett, which is Houston based Rotoplay’s legal team, has filed a case against the Sportingbet for violation of copyright and competition which was unfair which was related to competition to 2 of its games of sports lottery.

It indicates that the Sportingbet has copied the lottery games of RotoPlay and has placed these games as their original games to various sites under their family.

Korey Gardner, who is the president of Rotoplay, Inc claims that SportingBet has copied all of their game rules, lottery games, HTML coding, unique scoring system, and tie breaker information verbatim etc.

He added that it is a very disappointing experience for them as this company is a well known publicly traded company and it has done such kind of act even after negotiating with them about the license of the games legally for months.

The game played in the Rotoplay is available in the site which is currently running on-going pro and various college contests for football as well as baseball, basketball and various other sports.
