In 2008, Casino Windsor became Caesars Windsor. The whole project includes a 5,000 people sitter theater (the Colosseum), a 400-room hotel tower and conference hall of 100,000 square feet.
In 2007, the opening ceremony of Neros Steakhouse and the renewal of the existing hotel were finished.
