Legislator of Louisiana State are endeavors for including the casinos in current law which is prohibiting the smoking in restaurants. At present Bars and casinos are let off from this commandment, in the opinion of Gary Smith the representative of States this law does not supports to the restaurant and bar owners.

Smith commented “These businesses compete with each other, and we need a level playing field,” “We’ve already drawn a line in the sand, and now we’re going to make in even across the board for all of the individuals in the service industry.”
