Slot battle continues by California tribe

California- The owner of the Colusa Casino Resort is allowed by the federal appeals court to continue the battle with California to place more slot machines.

This dispute from the tribe was dated on 2003 when the state Gambling Control Commission wanted to add 377 slots machines licenses.

Lawyer from San Francisco, Cachil Dehe said that the case can be reheard in 3 months and can return to U.S District Court in Sacramento.
