Lorenzo Fertitta, President of Station Casinos, has given his resignation on Wednesday to work with Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). He will be handling the position of the family-owned company of casino as the vice chairman and his brother Frank Fertitta III, will be handling the position of the chairman for his company.

Lorenzo Fertitta will be handling the position of CEO and Chairman of Zuffa which operates in the UFC wherein the family holds a share. This company of Zuffa LLC was set up in January 2001 in Las Vegas, after the Feritta brothers purchased the UFC from Semaphore Entertainment Group.

The Station Casinos Inc. operates various casinos under the Station Casinos umbrella- like Boulder Station, Palace Station, Texas Station, Santa Fe Station and many other to count on. This company is also operating the Thunder valley Casino.
