This year only 171 disputes requests were filed during this quarter which is far low than the avg. quarterly figure of 195 in the year 2007. Among the 171 disputes, 27 disputes form the websites were declined as they were not accredited by eCOGRA. And 17 more disputes among the 171 were declared invalid due to unavailability of full contact information like abuse and false complaints.

And the main areas of the complaints raised were for cash in related issues which actually constituted 48% of the valid disputes.
Players who are not able to resolve there problems through the normal channel can always contact eCOGRA for resolving their issues.
