A Shawnee Country District Court Judge said that Harrah’s Entertainment Inc. can not utilize the information of customer database from their partnership with Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation to request customers to the new casino planned for Sumner County.

AS per District Court judge David Bruns the two sides to enter into classified arbitration. The tribes casino at Mayetta is operated by Harrah’s for 10 years, which will end in 2008 and that could be extended two years past termination of the management agreement.
