Gambling Funds Use on Public Education

To build a casino and a resort, Rotate, Black Gaming Inc. (Michigan group) is working with the Seneca Indian National in the Catskills to generate annually income of $160 in new gambling accounts, which will be used on the public education. Rotate Black kept this proposal in Dec. 26 filing to national securities supervisors. But, the President of Seneca Mr. Barry E. Snyder Sr., confirmed that the project to the Times Union on Friday.
