Me-Wuk Indians can make the plans for a casino

Now, Me-Wuk Indians can make the plans for a casino, on the Buena Vista Rancheria. As Amador County’s lawsuit was released by a federal court which has changed the tribe’s authenticity and other issues.
The little tribe was looking to construct a casino in east of Stockton comprises with 950 slot machines and 20 gaming tables and it consists a mother and her children.
The casino plan was opposing by local residents since four years due to the affect of criminal act, traffic, impact fees and whether construction which could agitate intact graves.
Jon Tang, CEO of the Tribe commented that the construction will start by summer on the 130,000-square-foot casino.
