For blocking a gambling website, the judge has given a file to one of the lawyer with the legalized briefs, in a case about online casinos. According to a Franklin County Circuit Judge, Thomas Wingate, before he holds any additional hearing, he needs attorneys to propose the brief first, as he explained that the case is “extremely complex”.

As per Kentucky Justice Cabinet spokesperson Jennifer Brislin, this lawsuit have already begun for blocking access to Kentuckians in response to the court case filed by status bureaucrats.
