22 August 2008PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania- Gov. Rendell has announced recently in a meeting with Foxwoods principals of constructing its new slot parlors but somewhat away from Delaware River Waterfront.

This meeting was held in the law firm Ballard Spahr at the City Center offices between the project owners, the state legislature and the Mayor Nutter.

Foxwoods was the one who was given the License to build a slot machine casino in the year 2006, December.
