A question on Penn National Gaming next step

Kansas- On Tuesday, a senior vice president of Penn National Gaming declared that if the approval of the final contract will not be received for the state-owned casino in Summer County soon, the company would not be able to continue with the proposal of casino in Cherokee County.
The senior vice president of the corporate development of Penn National, Steve Snyder, made this statement in the meeting of Kansas Lottery Gaming Facility Review Board on Tuesday.
